Incase you lost your password it will be only reset if and only if:

You request it on forums via your own forum account.
Your forum account username should be same as your ingame account username.
Your forum account shouldn't be new.
You cannot request a password reset from another forum username AKA (different forum username)
We will only reset your password if your request IP address matches with the registered IP address.




We will not transfer your stats from one account to other account.
